We ordered food at 18.47pm, told 40/45mins. 1hr and 40mins later after phoning 16 times to see where the food was, with no reply... finally ordered papa johns to feed my inlaws. Absolute joke, never even answered the phone to tell people they weren't getting their order.
Bad pizza, the pizza's dough was not cooked properly and so we had to throw it in the bin, never order from here again.
⚠ DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !!! ⚠ waited 2 hours, order finally arrived cold & missing items contacted the shop & they were really rude and hung up....... Been a customer here for years, can't believe how much it has changed.
Incredibly poor customer service. Will not be going back here again after 30+ years of being a customer. Was on my drive when we got a phone call earlier than the 30 - 45 minutes advised time.., was 20 minutes. The delivery was no where to be seen. Phone call knocked off after a matter of seconds. Phoned straight back only to be told that I was wasting their time because I wasn't there! Delivery returned back a few minutes later. Very simple solution.., don't abuse loyal customers.., phone up and say you have the order whilst you are still at the address.., If I was a few minutes late (which I was not), I would have said no worries just put it in the porch as we are just round the corner. But to disappear when we were on the drive and then still want to say we are 'wasting your time' is totally unacceptable. Order number #409266.
Made with love. Toppings fresh and generous. Base was crisp yet soft and fresh (so nice there were not crusts left) but cheese was a little uninspired.
