TERRIBLE place! Ruined a huge order for engagement party gave wrong packaging even though we paid extra for certain boxes, the Mitai went dry and off after one day. This branch needs to CLOSE, the employee that works there on weekdays needs learn how to write down orders / total prices properly or he should be fired. Stick with Manchester branch or just go Nafees. Jelebis were the only items that were fresh. STAY AWAY!
Really poor food. Just picked up couple items and I asked them please make sure that items are in fresh condition, But unfortunately when I get home and eat all items expired. That's happened 3 times with me in recent months. Sanam sweet owners should look at it or shut this branch if they can't maintain their brand image
Food is "so so", nowt special, only place I know of that sell vegetable samosas. They don't take card although a franchise 🤷♂️, maybe to dodge tax man! 🤫 15/12/22 I went back to this place, I thought I'd give it another chance. I was convinced their somosas were not fresh, however 2 members of the staff were trying to explain they are 100% fresh. I bought 6 somosas and had food poisoning the following day. A BUNCH OF LIARS AND OLD ROTTEN OUT OF DATE INGREDIENTS.
Today got iftari Poor quality food all cold somoa I asked veg samosa it was meat samosa awful samosa chat .cant eat .council must take action please new and other customer avoid this place
