We are located at
My room was clean and tidy with room service available on request, during my time here I found the hotel to be quiet, the bed was pretty comfy, the usual bathroom sweet you'd expect to find in this kind of place, there's a brewers fayre nearby which acts like a restaurant for the hotel. Their menu is limited but adequate, gluten free menus etc are available on request.
Staff at the Premier Inn were excellent. Very helpful. The room was clean but the temperature of the room never got below 24 degrees! The window was open and two fans were blowing constantly the whole time we were there. This made it quite uncomfortable and difficult to relax. We had to sleep on top of the covers and put up with the noise of the fans all night. Staff gave us an extra fan and told us to keep the door open whenever we could. Bed was comfortable. Bath room was clean apart from a sour smell from the shower curtain. We stayed for 3 nights. Breakfast at the Brewers Fayre close by was excellent on the Sunday. Staff were great, the food was very fresh and cooked perfectly. It was a good experience and we were looking forward to the next 2 mornings of breakfast with them. However, it was like chalk and cheese. On the Monday there was no buffet set out like on the Sunday. Food had to be ordered from the staff. Who to be honest was just not as well put together as the staff of the previous day (trying not to be too offensive). She was slow to come to our table and seemed to be avoiding us when we tried to get her attention and then she messed up our order when she brought it to the table. But most disappointing of all was the cutlery, plates, cups everything was just dirty. It was so bad I went through every plate and could feel what I would call dishwasher debris or particles. It was disgusting! We ate what we could stomach and left as quickly as possible. We cancelled the next day's breakfast and got it refunded. We weren't going to risk it again. It's strange how the quality of basically everything changed overnight!! Apparently the Rochdale premier does have some air conditioned rooms. We will probably try there next time. Hopefully it is not paired with a Brewers Fayre!
Room was musty smell, I think from the old carpet, the chair was filthy, not fit to sit on. The Bathroom looked ok but when I moved the little bin the scum behind it 😝.. The car park is right out side the window abd people had to pass right outside, at night did not feel safe also had the close curtains if you need to dress. 😳. Will never stay here again. I contacted the company and feel I get the brush off.
My experience at the Premier Inn was ok, apart from the room being cold. The only downside was two members of staff that worked at the Brewers Fayle, two blonde hair girls that were working there Thursday evening (9th November 2023)around 9pm. They were unwelcoming and downside rude. Those two girls need to retrain in customer service skills. On the upside, the receptionist Zara was ace! Zara was really nice, helpful, and welcoming. She will definitely reach far. We need more staff like her. Zara will definitely get a 5 star if I could grade her. Overall, nice place.
This was a really nice Premier Inn lovely rooms good service comfy beds and a restaurant next door. The only downside was finding it!!!! The one way system is very confusing but worth it for a superb stay
