Your fantastic meal at Oldham Food Buzz sounds absolutely delightful! For the mains, the combination of South Indian garlic chicken, rich and creamy garlic butter chicken, and the authentic Bangladeshi Khala bhuna sounds like an explosion of flavours! I’m trying to love this place. We have ordered from here 3 times now. But sadly may be the last. It all looks perfect on the plate, or as dishes. But lacks Very much in the correct measurements of spices. They just aren’t there At All. Leaving the dishes tasting bland , to say the least. The lamb curry and potato’s were certainly more bone than meat. Although it does stipulate ‘on the bone’ . I would say More ‘off the bone’ than On. With a few correct Tweeks. This place would be rocking !!
This food buzz was good first but they just got too cocky with their food being nice and made price higher and taste gone bad , what a downfall one man can do to a business
