Normal fish and chips - £7 good portion and the amount of food is 100% worth the money Ordered on uber eats, food came an hour late, the phone number on the app was wrong. The fish was soggy and there was an option for vinager and salt, Id asked for extra vingar and got none. The food is very fresh but has no flavour or salt at all, but with the amount of food for price its worth it, just salt to taste and season the curry sauce.
My partner ordered on Uber eats. Keep in mind we have been here weekly for months...it's been a weekly treat. Order never turned up. Shocking absolutely disgusting that there has been no effort to contact her. Never buying here again.
I have been here before, once or twice however on this occasion my experience wasn't very good. The service was awful, I'm sure the assistant didn't want to be there, or so it seemed. The steak pie was only just warm and the chips tasted and looked like they had been cooked days earlier. This has made me feel like I will never visit again.
Do not go here , I repeat do not go here. I ordered sausage and chips to take away. Big mistake. My chips were white and as hard as a house brick. I tried the sausage and spat it out. Don't know what it was but it wasn't a normal sausage. Ended upnthrowing the lot in the bin and going elsewhere. Do yourself a favour and get a meal deal from Tescos around the corner.
PLEASE DON'T ORDER FOOD FROM HERE AND DEFINITELY NOT THROUGH UBER EATS. the worst possible experience. I ordered through uber eats, the endless waiting, nothing came on a Friday night. uber eats "help" did not give a damn about the customer's concerns. the number given in the uber app is not reachable. tried to call the restaurant and they did not answer. THE WOOOOORSSSSTTTTT restaurant. Please don't order through uber eats. I can't comment about food quality as I did not get the food I ordered!!
