We order a large takeaway from this place at least once a week for local delivery. Ordered 4 small meals and a starter tonight to be delivered. I checked the order 3 times on the phone with the staff and they confirmed the order and price at £16. The order was duly delivered by the owner who took my cash and ran away. When we open the bag seconds later we discovered that one of the meals was missing and the starter was the wrong dish. I contacted the takeaway straight away and they said they would send the driver back. After 15 minutes I reconnected them again to check he was returning with the correct order when the delivery driver came on the phone identified himself as the owner, and said he would come back with the missing and correct orders if I paid him again. I explained that I had already paid for the items as per their internet posted menu and his reply was “come to the shop and we will sort it out “ which defeats the object otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered a delivery. The food is almost edible at best, the customer service is terrible and the owner thinks he’s doing you a favour by serving you. Do not use this place but if you do please ask for my money back!
Had a great chicken tikka kebab on naan, worth £8, I was well satisfied 😋
Iv been going here for years and for the past 3 times orders have been either wrong or missing items and today the food was shocking… won’t be going again. If admin see this sort your chefs out
Been waiting 2 and a half hour for my starter my meal turned up after an hour and half. Normally a decent takeaway with decent food. I'm guessing my food isn't coming an hr after complaining. Very unsatisfied on this occasion.
Been waiting for over 2.5 hours for 1 pizza. Given up and gonna request a full refund
