Food was okay when it finally came out after 40 minutes. I understand it can get busy but the staff should mention it at the till that there is a wait on food, we would have ate elsewhere. Service was slow and all over the place. Could do with having table numbers, saw staff bringing out food and asking tables if this is what they had ordered as they had forgot who’s table had ordered what. No cutlery when food came to us after a long wait already, we had to get up and ask and we got given dirty cutlery 😭. Had to ask again to get clean ones. Real let down on the service side. The decor is nice and it is spacious inside.

This restaurant truly deserves five stars for the fantastic meal and ambiance it offered. From the moment I stepped in, I was mesmerized by the beautiful decor and Instagramable spots throughout the restaurant. The food was an absolute delight! The Aloo Paratha was perfectly cooked, and the Gold Gappay were a unique and delightful appetizer. The Halloumi Fries were a revelation - crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, they were a treat for the taste buds. The Karachi Biryani was packed with authentic flavors, and the aroma alone made my mouth water. The Samosa Chaat was a heavenly fusion of flavors, and the Gulab Jamun was the perfect sweet ending to the meal. Oh, and I can't forget the Churros! They were simply amazing, and the dipping sauce complemented them perfectly. Apart from the culinary delights, the atmosphere was warm and friendly, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The staff was attentive and accommodating, ensuring that every need was met promptly. I am truly impressed by this restaurant and can't wait to return. If you're looking for a place with delicious food and a beautiful setting, this is the perfect spot! Highly recommended!

What an absolute pleasure to have visited this place. In the days where chaiiwalas have taken over with their packet food and half hearted chai, My Karak Chai was a breath of fresh air. As soon as I entered I could tell by the aroma that they serve legit Pakistani food. The smell of the pratha can’t wrong you. Now to my order, I saw on the menu that they were rated well by trip advisor and a few other bodies but I took it for any other rating that every other restaurant flaunts around. But boy was I wrong! I ordered apna breakfast and as soon as I saw those prathaas. I thanked the universe that the aroma of the food did actually pay off. On taste: The flavours were on point and closest to our desi ones. The daal had a nice tasty kick to it and coupled with pickle it was just the most wholesome bite. The egg omelette was great but I used extra seasoning for my liking. Nevertheless, it was the better version of desi omelette than any other place I have been to. The Cha was top notch and went perfectly with the Nashta. I couldn’t drink more or I’d have ordered another cup. All I’m saying is the food is top- notch and the serving is BIG. My only criticism is the bathroom, which could be more clean but this is for all the restaurants I have seen around England of similar stature.

For all the desi people who have come to UK, this place will make you feel like home. I ordered aloo paratha and a large chai. Usually they serve paratha (a huge one) with mint chutney, this was exactly how you would eat at home (no frozen stuff). I asked the owner if I could have some butter along with it..and I got butter. The owner made sure that i felt at home while eating food. He asked me multiple times if there is something else he can do/get to make my experience better. This is one of the best hospitality I've experienced in the UK. AND CHAI WAS KADAK!
