Lovely bubble teas. Really tasty with popping boba. They even have a special edition queens jubilee drink. The fruit tea is actually fruit tea and not the bitter tea you would get in other places. Highly recommended. The staff are really friendly and efficient. Would be nice if they had a loyalty card. I always buy when Iβm in town.
I find it perplexing that the caramel frappe is consistently listed on the menu, yet I've encountered difficulties ordering it during my numerous visits. I've been informed on roughly 20 occasions that it's unavailable due to an ice limit of two per day. In my opinion, it seems impractical to retain it on the menu under these circumstances. Out of those twenty visits, I've been fortunate enough to enjoy it twice with tapioca, and I must admit, it's a delightful combination. However, I can't help but feel disappointed because I go out of my way to order this drink, only to be met with disappointment. I kindly suggest either increasing your ice supply to meet the demand or considering the removal of the caramel frappe from your menu.
