Sadly my order was terrible. Cheesy chips were made with very cheap plastic cheese. The wings were tough, with dark chicken meat and tasted only of grease. The hot sauce was also flavourless. I will not be ordering from here again.
Order frequently, become my new go-to chicken place. Always fresh, even when late. Last time I ordered they were out of wings, which hasn't happened before but they called me and arranged a replacement which was loads of quality strips so can't complain. Really appreciated them calling, so from my experience food and customer service has always been top.
In consideration of previous reviews no fast food joint deserves five stars & even one star. My daughter, for some reason, loves the place especially the spicy chicken burger. I have visited (reluctantly) this place on a few occasions. No special care is taken in preparing food (same as many others nearby) but a touch down from the few better ones. Hence the reason for two stars but that should be two & half stars. Anyone who likes this type of food may generously give three stars. The spicy burger was ok but nothing special but that is expected. Dread to think what the normal burger is like. In conclusion, average/ok rating.
Cancelled our order 10 minutes after it was supposed to arrive and just sent a refund. Now have an entire family that are hungry.... Abysmal customer service, tried to call and number was just engaged. Online help simply said sorry and cancelled order.
I placed an order in Montana through Uber Eats. They missed out on 2items so I thought instead of going through Uber, I’d just call the shop and see what they can do for me. I called and told the member of staff that 2 items were missing from my order which he confirmed he didn’t put in the bag, I calmly asked how long would the order take if he was to send it out, he just got really rude speaking me to like “it’s just your donner tray and peri salted chips INNIT, so let’s see what what time I can get a driver out to you” so I said “the way you’re speaking is very unprofessional, don’t speak to me like that” he got really rude and was like “do you want your food or not” he got really gobby and started arguing over the phone. At this I point I didn’t want the food anymore because I know it won’t live upto the standards. I said to him “I will come and speak to management because you are utterly rude and unprofessional and I’m a regular customer and you just treated me like that”. He said he is the manager and it’s his shop and cut off on me. I called back 4times, he rejected my call all 4 times so I waited for abit and called back, the same guy picked up again so I said “you just cut off on me, and rejected my call 4times” he ignored what I said and kept repeating “how can I help, how can I help” taking the piss. I then said I’ll make sure I put a review, he goes okay, Thankyou, bye and cut off on me again. Really shocked by this experience, I heard the management has changed and Pakistani’s took over but I’ve been a customer for 5years and never had a problem and after today I can say I will never order from their again. I will make sure I spread this around. I am not surprised if I spoke to a Pakistani, what else can you expect from them, Montana needs To be taken over by the original people or it’s just going to get worse.
