Food compared to other McDonalds restaurants wasn't prepared to an acceptable standard. No service with a smile and a fairly cold atmosphere. I don't know if I'll go here again unless I'm desperate.
Beautiful place was ยฃ8 to get in and ยฃ21 to go in the farm but they probably need it to maintain this vast Park a lot to see and do
Disorganised dump , takeaway drivers dragging dirty delivery bags in, ( the just eat one was disgusting) leaning on the counter in outside clothes.& one driver plonked his bag on the serving counter to be filled, it wasn't wiped down afterwards. My burger wasn't wrapped properly, was hanging out of the paper in the bag , fries were a bit hard/ cold in places so old mixed in with fresh. Surprised they haven't given anyone food poisoning !

Came here on a Sunday tea time with my 8 year old daughter, and I can honestly say it scared me. I won't be going back there again. I realise there will always be issues with town centre restaurants, but the place was over run with loud, rude teenagers and drunken, loud, verbally-abusive men. I felt sorry for the staff who are supposed to 'police'the store. Most of them were trying their best. However, when my little girl asked if we could finish off her meal in the car instead, it took a long time, stood at the counter waiting for a bag, whilst one of the female managers had a rant about the argument she had just had with a customer. This was very unprofessional for a manager.
