Ordered a full English. At 12.30pm got here at 1.55pm. (It's 200 meters away) only to get no beans. And they didn't read my note about toast. Half a brew. And then to top it off they said they would send me beans. Which took an hour, before they got gere I took it back to tell them about it. Where they admitted zero responsibility trying to blame the driver for beans. Got offered nothing for consolation Shambles. Got charged 8 quid for all this aswell. First complaint iv ever made in my life I usually don't care for this stuff. But I'm starving In work. Had to leave work not on a break to ask what's goin on. Can't actually believe they think I'd be okay with a full English stone cold with some luke warm beans.
I donβt do bad reviews being a business owner my self . But Iβve just paid β¬23 for 2 breakfast and a toasty . Toasty didnβt turn up and I got 2 half breakfast. When I rang I basically got attitude and made to feel bad asking for what I paid for
What a waste of money. Food was disgusting, toast was burnt. Asked for 3 sausages for the dogs and got 3 toast instead. Woman was shouting at the fella. We had 45 mins as we had to get back to get the daughter from gymnastics and it wasn't even ready it took that long I was late collecting her.
Ordered over ubereats. An hour for 2 small fry-ups, my order never printed, I was lied to about the order progress and cafe refused to cancel the order. I now have to inhale a breakfast that I thought would have been a convenience. I should've just got the ingredients and cooked it myself. Last time using UE, and definitely last time I'm ever eating from here. That order would take 15 minutes inside the cafe. Absolute clusterf&#k. Update - food arrived. THAT took an HOUR? That is the saddest breakfast I have ever eaten.
The food was awful. The meat was chewy and the toast was just bread with butter. The mushrooms and tomato tasted like it was straight from a can. Genuinely felt sick after eating
