Staff here are extremely rude and bipolar! Absolutely no customer service. Don’t bother placing an order - the staff will take no responsibility regarding delayed orders despite getting in touch multiple times! Go elsewhere. No food is worth a drizzle of abuse from the staff.
Staff here are extremely rude! Absolutely no customer service skills. Don’t bother placing an order - it’ll come 2.5 hours later - the staff will blame you for not calling despite getting in touch multiple times! Go elsewhere. No food is worth a 2.5 hour wait on a Wednesday smothered with a drizzle of abuse from the staff.
Very poor customer service , Rang couple of times staff said they ran out of donner . They said order would be here in an 1hour . Ordered at 7:30pm delivered food at 9:00pm. Staff was not apologetic at all .
Ordered food said it would take 45 mins. Rang after 1 hour said it would take longer because donner is not cooked yet, we asked if we could pick up if it would be quicker they said no as donner needs to cook. Rang again after 1.5 hours they said they are packing it. Rang after 2 hours to cancel as kids have gone to sleep, they said do not order again in a rude manner . Awful customer service please avoid. Not even worth 1 star
I have always had very good service from LaLa's. They are always good at delivering on time. The telephone service is second to none. Keep it up.
