Absolutely the best chicken I’ve had from KFC so far. It was cooked just right, very moist and delicious. I went on a Thursday. Bought 10 peice bucket and 4 chicken fillets. Staff Went out of their way to give me what I wanted staff were helpful, thank you for good food, service and it was very clean. Would recommend this one at Failsworth.
Ordered a take out from here delivery was too quick if I'm being honest It didn't taste like the food was fresh at all cost me £55 and drink was stolen by delivery driver I do not think KFC is value for money at all chips are awful and always cold and this time boneless chicken pieces were very salty going to have to stop ordering through take away as food is just terrible I will consider eating in next time at least it can be rectified if your in store they don't tend to do a lot when you've ordered from them and they certainly won't send out missing items they just give refunds and even then its not the price you paid for items or codes for next time u visit them not happy at all
Found a cockroach fried into one of the chips. You can see its tail and legs. I feel nauseated now. The chicken tasted old or over heated as well. Management needs to fix this place up.
OMG was going to order from here today but I saw a post from someone from 6 months ago. They had posted a picture of a 🪳 cockroach fried inside a French frie I nearly vomited 🤢 in my hand and quickly shouted my partner back We have eaten from here before but shall never again feel sick to my stomach. I always have bad poops after eating from here anyways but always put it down to fast greasy unhealthy food. Jesus cockroaches seriously never eating from KFC or any other KFC ever again. My partner tried to change my mind by saying yeah but that was 6 months ago Then he saw the reviews and pictures and now he's of to foz's fish bar which is 100 percent trusted
Absolute disgrace of staff on the drive through and assisting so called manager! What staff actually comes out from behind the till to confront a customer with there 4 year old child!!! Absolute scum !!! Even the other members of staff were embarrassed by there behavior - dated 18th October 2023 failsworth branch
