Small portions but it tastes good. Portion sizes are very small,especially the cookie dough. Delivery times are very long, no matter if you order via Uber or their website. (Expect the wait) lol
Ordered 3 desserts on an evening to have after my dinner. The desserts were expected to arrive for 21.50. My dessert arrived at 22.45, almost an hour late. Absolutely ridiculous. It showed on just eat it had been delivered when I rang they said it actually hasn’t set off yet. By the time the dessert arrived I didn’t even want it anymore. It would be great if staff were competent enough to not be ambitious with the delivery times when they clearly can’t keep up with the capacity. I think only the make up artists in Oldham get their desserts on time as there is a lot of “fantastic” advertising for a mediocre business. Desserts were ok.

Best vanilla whippy sundaes and doughnuts
What a shambles of a dessert place. Waited over 2 hours for a delivery that was promised within 20-30 minutes. Called them twice and initially girl on the phone said they’re super busy and have shortage of drivers - we understood with it being a Friday night. Order was promised to be with us within 15 mins. Another 30mins pass and we call back for an update - we get “I’m not God and we’re working as fast as we can. I did say it’ll take a while what do you want me to do?!” We have a shortage of strawberries and all your desserts have strawberries in it! - there’s nothing I can do”. Stinking attitude, argued on the phone and when she had nothing further to say, she put us on hold for 2 mins only to forget we were on hold and pick up as if it’s a new call introducing “Kandy Kraze Bar - how can I help you?” Anyway, still no sign of desserts and we only ordered 3. It’s 12am and this review is a warning to anyone who wants to order from an establishment being run by immature children who don’t have the capacity to stock strawberries nor organise drivers. But bad attitude is top tier - doing the establishment proud and keeping customers :)
