Poor quality ingredients, small selection, premium price. I couldn't sleep at night if I cooked somebody this and called it a Full English Breakfast.
Foul had to be put in the bin. Food was cooked in something that had gave it a burnt taste. Guy on phone not interested just said complain through Uber eats.
Very rude guy working there. Food was greasy and inedible. Used to be great but the new owners are more interested in uber deliveries
Awful service. The cafe got my order wrong despite writing it correct on the bag - rang up and the lack of customer service is laughable. Proceeded to tell me nothing they can do with such attitude, could hear them slagging off in the background as incapable of putting the phone on hold - told me “if you order again put a note and you’ll get it for free ” despite trying to explain that full payment would be made through Uber Eats so how would this work? Waiting for the owner to apparently ring me back … Need to learn some manners and customer service if you want to be in the job you are.
Terrible customer service after placing order and the whole thing arrived incorrect. Wasn’t interested in my complaint first and last time I will ever go here.
