The worst dessert I’ve ever had in my entire life. The portions were tiny, the polis dough was burnt and the waffles were the ones you can buy from the supermarket with bits of toppings on. It’s honestly awful, would not recommend ordering from here. Overpriced and a waste of money.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! We placed an order through Deliveroo for a milkshake, a smoothie and cookie dough. The ice-cream that was sent with the cookie dough was completely off. As the drinks were made with the same ice cream, it was completely inedible. Rang up to say not to serve any more of the product and the employee said it wasn’t her fault and there was nothing she could do. It’s absolutely disgraceful that they would continue to send out completely off food when they’ve been made aware of the issue.
One of the worst fob off dessert places I’ve visited. From calling to place the order to then opening my order was an absolute joke. Firstly, the staff are so under-managed and clueless as they don’t even know their own menu. Secondly, the ‘Dutch pancakes’ were cold and stale and everything was splattered on. We brought the order back and we was offered a new order however we declined this and asked for a refund. The pancakes were no where near the way they are advertised. Once we asked for a refund we were told we would get a call back from the manager. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told to wait for a call and not offered any alternative way to contact her. I then asked for a refund and the staff lied saying they were unable to give this which later they did. It’s also unprofessional that members of staff think it’s okay to roll their eyes and pull faces right in front of their customers. I would deffo not recommend this awful & unprofessional dessert place.
When the food is good and accurate it's fine but this isn't a regular occurrence anymore. Ordered " today's special" which was labelled as lamb pilau, spicy chicken curry and chips but received some undisclosed meat patties on a pitta bread with chips. Not happy. Cheese & Bean melts (you would assume pasty like Greggs) turned out to be processed cheese and beans between two slices of bread and very lightly grilled. Finally ordered french toast with bananas, strawberries and nutella but there was no strawberries. Just the latest in a long line of issues with this place and they only get away with it because they're relatively cheap. Delivery time was over an hour and the estimated time kept being pushed back and brought forward randomly. There menu is way too big to sustain. Used to be alright when I first ordered but went downhill very fast.
Great menu with lots of variety and was impressed with the packaging they use. I got the waffle sticks and Dutch pancakes with Nutella and strawberry toppings though it was obvious that the Nutella was substituted for a cheaper brand which was disappointing or else they would’ve been 10 10. The doughnuts were very well presented but did find them a little too soft for a doughnut texture. Was not a fan of the peanut butter stack. Overall experience was good and will be going back to try out other items on the menu.
