Went with a friend - the staff never asked about driving/parking. We received a fine for the short stay. The bar staff werenβt over friendly either. Avoid!
Food was OK, brung one persons food out then took 10 minutes to bring the other out. Garlic dough balls are amazing. The pudding was dry and over baked. Most of the staff were friendly.
Came here today as was in the area can't decide if I liked the place or not! Some old furniture abit like working man's club Plenty of tvs tho if you like sports. Mens toilet was abit scruffy. Food was nice thought drinks was expensive tho Β£4.40 for a strongbow π kids meal was OK Β£5.50 get meal drink and 2 scoops of ice cream which you can pick which flavours. Staff seemed friendly enough probably won't return tho
Watch out for the parking fines, well hidden and not signposted by bar staff. Service is average. Beer is less than. Add the fine to that and it made a mid night very much worse. Terrible, terrible experience. Spend per person obviously not including fine, yuck.
Wonβt be back here again after the parking fine - appealed it and they never got in touch with a response. Just handed over the case to a debt collector. Awful business. Drink elsewhere
