RAW WAFFLES!!! I ordered Nutella with strawberries, I got raspberries instead π«’ These are the saddest waffles I've ever seen π€£ please do not order from here, even if it's on offer. Thankfully I got a refund from deliveroo. I've attached a lovely picture π€£π€£ Kids said that they tasted like cardboard. Might as well have eaten the box! Haha Go to moonlight instead π
This place is under new management, the cakes are absolutely delicious! The girls are amazing and made our graduation 3 tier cake much better than we expected. Prices are reasonable.
We got a cake for my sisters birthday to feed upto 2 dozen people and I must admit, it was one of the best cakes Iβve ever had! The texture was, as Mary Berry says, moist and decadent! Which is probably very difficult to do with a cake as large as the one we had! The cream and icing just had the right amount of sweetness too, which I really enjoyed as I donβt have that much of a sweet tooth. Also, none of the kids were hyperactive post cake-um so that was a bonus. The customer service, speed and efficiency of placing an order makes Desi Cakes a very pleasant company to deal with as well. We went all the way from Liverpool to Oldham for our cake. And this definitely was a worthwhile trip!! Very highly recommend!! ππ½ββοΈππ½π°π°π°π°π°π°π°
Absolutely disgusting customer service, the owner is a compulsive liar and has no sense of care for his customers. I ordered a cake for a wedding function and two days before the wedding I went to pay and was told I had to pay more then agreed. He got out a written receipt and had altered the price which did not match the receipt he had given me a couple days earlier. He continued to argue with me about the price of the cake and gave me an option to either pay or go elsewhere. Never been so disgusted in my life to witness such greed in a local shop. It's disgraceful and the owner needs up skilling on his manners and customer services.
Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. I've seen alot of bad dessert places but this really takes the cake (no pun intended). The owner is an absolute uncaring dithering brute. He has no concept of customer service. He lies about prices then gives you an ultimatum a few days before the event is due. I'd strongly recommend you steer clear of this theif's establishment.
