Food is Pakistani. Not the best, its very oily. It looks good but not sure how fresh some of it is. You don't get a receipt so you have no idea how they worked out the pricing, is it calculated.mentally? There is a price chart on the wall but overall asking price doesn't necessarily tie in with that. The kitchen looks busy and the shop area is appetising. It isn't cheap though.
They've never left me disappointed. Customer service is great as the lady is super friendly and the cakes are always on point.
Customer service was nice when we went there, the lady working there was friendly and informative. The food has been disappointing, the "meat" samosa has no meat inside it, it's 95% potato, the chaat needs less potato and more salad too. The curry is oily, but I will say the place looked clean on shop side.
The mishti here is top! The lady who works here is the sweetest person I have met who welcomes you in. The savouries are good as well. The fish pakora was excellent, but I would like a bit more crunch in my bite. The kebabs were top notch as well. However the curries have too much of a ginger taste in them, also they are almost dripping with oil and grease.
Customer service is very good. Atmosphere is average and food is eatable.
